Dana Thody is an actor working & living in Toronto.
Dana became an actor after discovering her voice after graduating from George Brown Dance. She continues to train in dance and performs with High Society Cabaret, a theatrical burlesque company. She is an ACTRA member making appearances is shows like Rogue and Designated Survivor and has also been apart of a number of tv and radio ads. Dana is currently producing, writing and staring in her first short film. Her full acting resume can be seen here.
Dana is also a Pilates Instructor
Dana is a certified Physical Mind Canada mat instructor as well as Body Arts and Science International Comprehensive Pilates Insturctor, teaching on the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels. She has worked along side pelvic floor physiotherapists and osteoporosis specialists. Believing everyone can move pain free, she uses her knowledge and history in dance and weight lifting to compliment her Pilates, instilling proper alignment and techniques.
