Typically a 10 week session that is taught over Zoom, (please email me for the link) Manage your busy schedule without have to leave the house or travel the city again to take part in a group class. Work out from the comfort of your home. Don’t worry if you can’t make a class. All classes will be recorded and emailed to you each week.

Pilates Stretch is a mat class focusing on fundamentals to connect the mind to the body. With long stretches throughout to make the body feel open and refreshed.

Participants will gain knowledge of simple anatomy and learn to target core strength through breath. Improving posture, alignment, muscle tone and self confidence.

*Your body and mat are required for each class. *Requesting therabands and squishy balls if possible.
